These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plotex website at plotex.in and the related 3D plot visualization service (together, the "Service") operated by Plotex ("we", "us", "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Plotex website, submitting a plot file for conversion, or otherwise using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Plotex is a free 3D plot visualization tool designed for the Indian real estate market. We convert PDF documents and image files of 2D plot maps into interactive 3D web views that can be shared via a URL and explored on any modern browser. The actual 3D conversion is currently performed manually by our team and delivered back to you as a link hosted at unity.plotex.in. The Service is provided at no cost to the user.

3. User Responsibilities

When using Plotex, you agree that:

• You own the uploaded content or have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit it for 3D conversion.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any plot information, dimensions, or boundary details you provide.
• You will not upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or that infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of any third party.
• You will provide accurate contact details (name, email, phone) so that we can deliver the resulting 3D demo to you.
• You are solely responsible for any use made of the 3D visualizations we produce, including how you share them with your own clients or customers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, crawl, or submit data to the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of Plotex or any of its components.
• Abuse the upload form through mass submissions, spam, or denial-of-service attempts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable Indian laws or regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The Plotex platform, including its website design, source code, logo, branding, and all related materials, is the exclusive property of Plotex and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws.

You retain ownership of all plot files, maps, and other content you upload to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Plotex a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, render, display, and share the content solely as needed to deliver the 3D visualization back to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use your uploaded content for any purpose beyond service delivery.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding uptime, availability, response times, or the continued provision of the Service. Plotex may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers

For any legal, regulatory, or official use-case — including land registration, boundary disputes, RERA approvals, or construction permits — you must engage a licensed surveyor and obtain official documentation in accordance with applicable Indian law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plotex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Plotex, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, any business decisions, investments, or transactions made on the basis of a 3D visualization produced by Plotex.

Since the Service is offered free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is strictly limited to the total fees you have paid to Plotex — which, for the current free service, is zero Indian Rupees (INR 0).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive or unlawful activity, or placed Plotex or its users at risk. Upon termination, the rights and licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law will survive termination.
